ARTEXTerms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ARTEX autonomous pentesting console and this website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use ARTEX.
Acceptable use
- Only run ARTEX against systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test.
- Do not use the service to attack, disrupt, or exfiltrate data from third parties.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, intercept rules, or approval workflows.
- Follow all applicable laws, including computer-misuse and export-control rules.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and may cooperate with authorities where required.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Service availability
We work to keep ARTEX available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Task runs are queued and scheduled by capacity; we do not guarantee completion times or specific findings.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARTEX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of the service, including security decisions made based on its output.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
